There is a small peice of propery behind my home where the water sits. I have tried several times to get the owner to fix the problem and she refuse to fix it or sail the land. Now that it is summer time mosquitos and snakes and everything els is out back in the area that I call “the swamp”. We had the tree cut down and dirt brought in, but every since the dirt was brought in Nov 08 it has rained every other day. We just don’t know what to do to fix the problem. We have contacted the builders and the HOA, still nothing no help. Please help.
