LSU defeats Nicholls State 68-56

Tasmin Mitchell scored a season-high 19 points and LSU remained unbeaten with a 68-56 victory against Nicholls State on Wednesday night. Mitchell, who scored 16 in the second half, led four LSU players in double figures as Bo Spencer and Marcus Thornton had 17 points each and Garrett Temple scored a season-high 10.
