Is it ok to hang a 12″H chandelier in my front hallway, with only 8 foot ceilings ?
I hate flush mounts and want something more interesting. A lot of semi-flush mounts hang about 11-12″ anyway, so I thought a little simple chandelier with candelabra bulbs would be nicer. I’m worried that (allowing a couple inches for chain, etc) having only 6′10″ of headroom will look tight to walk underneath. Any suggestions are welcome.
