Is there any way to restore gold tapware that has been cleaned with abrasives and stripped back the gold?
I have two issues in my newly rented federation bathroom with the gold tapware. One is that the gold has been stripped back through the former occupant using harsh abrasives (my conclusion) and the second issue is the gold turning green around the shower head holes and toilet flush button surround. It creates a horribly dirty look for such a beautiful bathroom.
