One of the circuits on my circuit breaker is making a buzzing noise whenever a load is put on it. ?
I noticed an overhead light flickering. When I went to check the breaker I heard it buzzing. When I shut off the light upstairs the buzzing stopped. I tested the outlets on the circuit with a fan. Each tested plug also made the breaker buzz. Any ideas what is going on?
