Why is there water on my windows?

Hello. In my bedroom, I have 2 windows and 1 window in my bathroom. Right now, the temperature is 27 F and there is a circle of heavy water droplets in the center of my window inside my bedroom. Not the outside. The water is dripping and is ruining the wood. Can you EXPLAIN why I am getting the water, and how to prevent it?
